EXHIBITED AT STRANDVÄGEN 5
2026.01.14 – 2026.04.06
Spatial clarity was a central aspect of Josef Frank’s interior design philosophy. He believed that a room should be clearly perceived in order to feel comfortable; the meeting between floor and wall should remain visible. This is why Frank designed his cabinets with high legs.
The exhibition presents six of Josef Frank’s cabinets, whose iconic status rests as much on their form as on their craftsmanship. Each piece combines high-quality materials with exceptional workmanship passed down through generations. It is in the details that Frank’s cabinets acquire their distinctive character – where every object embodies both functional clarity and sculptural presence.
